Dangerous mains plug wiring – if you have any like this, get them fixed right away!
Oh dear…. Unfortunately we see rather a lot of this sort of thing. Note that the cable strain relief is not fixed, and that the cable cores are not cut to the correct lengths. The cores were not secured in the terminals correctly either. Very dangerous.
